How can I return an item ordered on this website?

You have a legal timeframe of 14 days – as of the delivery of your order – within which you must notify us of your intention to exchange or return an item for refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Seller’s policy is that customers are to pay the return postage costs.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are only possible within the same model, for another size and/or colour. If the replacement item is more expensive than the item it is replacing, there will be a request to pay the difference. In the opposite case, you will receive a coupon code for the price difference. Dancerka Online Shop will pay for the shipment of the new item.

Which items ordered on the website can be returned?

All items from the website www.dancerka.com can be returned, except those that mention otherwise. In accordance with the legislation governing e-commerce, returned items must be intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or used, nor have deteriorated in any way, no matter how small, and  must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded or exchanged.

If Dancerka Online Shop makes an error with your order, the return shipping fees shall be refunded by Dancerka Online Shop. In such a case, please contact us at dancerka@poledancerka.com and we will explain how to proceed.

What is the deadline for returning an item?
